Ballamy and Warren are internationally renowned improvisers, whose work covers a wide variety of styles. Both have won the BBC Jazz Award for Innovation and have been at the cutting edge of the UK jazz scene since the mid 1980’s. They currently record for ECM as part of Quercus (with singer June Tabor) as well as other international collaborations.

This duet concert will feature jazz, folk and original materials.

Preceded by free saxophone workshop at 11am with Iain, sponsored by D'Addario, at the nearby Great Hall on the Creative Campus.
