Peter Ind's 90th @ the 606 Club

A true polymath and iconoclast, bass player Peter Ind is universally admired and respected throughout the international jazz world. Join us at the 606 to celebrate Peter’s 90th birthday with him. As Peter says, this gig promises to have “a little of everything, music, reminiscences, philosophy…and a bit of Oud!”.

Peter will be playing and discussing (with some humour) his lengthy and fascinating career and his approach to both music and life. The music will be a mix of the established and the new, featuring a wide-range of musicians in various combinations, from duos to quintets, some with Peter playing, drawing from the depth and breadth of his considerable experience and others with his friends performing in honour of this iconic musician.
