Ballamy and Warren are internationally renowned improvisers, whose work covers a wide variety of styles. Both have won the BBC Jazz Award for Innovation and have been at the forefront of the UK jazz scene since the mid 1980’s. They currently record for ECM as part of Quercus (with singer June Tabor) as well as other international collaborations.
